Orono police Officer Matt Siltala went to a home to check on a woman, and after making sure she was all right, asked why her yard was overgrown, WCCO reported.

When the woman said she could not find anyone to cut the grass, Siltala grabbed a mower and cut the grass for her. A photograph shows the officer in uniform as he pushes the mower, WCCO reported.

"Great representation of how our officers go about their jobs, finding solutions to problems and embracing our communities," the police department wrote on its Twitter account.
