Hilliard police said officers arrived at a Jeannette Road home Sept. 1 to find Rhaden unresponsive, according to WBNS. Emergency crews rushed him to a nearby hospital, where he died.
Investigators and medical examiners said the boy died from "fentanyl intoxication," WBNS reported.
