Larry Sims Burke allegedly stole packages from a home in the 600 block of Cresthill Avenue before doing it again at a home on Tuesday, Atlanta police said in a news release.

A nearby surveillance camera allegedly caught Burke in the act during the first robbery, the release said. The victim of the second robbery took photos of the suspect on a bicycle leaving the scene.

The photos helped officers find and arrest Burke in the Virginia-Highland area Thursday, and he’s been charged with criminal trespass and misdemeanor theft by taking, according to Fulton County Jail records.

Police said he has 40 prior arrests, and Georgia Department of Corrections records show he's a felon who has been to prison 14 times since 1976.
