According to Scottsdale police, on Oct. 27, 2019, Fields ignored a police aide's request to move from a roadway, KNXV reported. A mounted police officer also asked Fields to move, and she said, "Then move me," according to an arrest affidavit.
The officer moved alongside Fields on his horse, named Koda, and touched Fields on her shoulder, KNXV reported. The woman fell to the street, and when she got up she allegedly punched the horse in the neck and the officer in the chest, the television station reported.
Fields was then arrested.
Her first court appearance is March 25, according to court records.
