According to WCBD-TV, Kevin Miller, of North Charleston, recently bought a "10s to Win" ticket at a Summerville Circle K just days after he had dreamed about winning a lottery prize.

"I hesitated on buying the ticket because I was in a hurry, and the guy in front of me in line was taking a long time," he said, the South Carolina Education Lottery reported in a Monday news release.
Miller's patience paid off: The ticket won him $250,000, officials said.
Miller said he plans to spend the money on a new home for him and his fiancée, according to the release.
