League City police posted a video of four armed men breaking into the back of a home early Tuesday.

The men robbed the home and then escaped through the door they originally entered, KTRK reported.

When the men ran out of the house, one of the thieves fell into the pool, the television reported.

The residents own several payday loan businesses, League City Police Department spokesman Matt Maggiolino told The Daily News of Galveston County. However, there was no money in the residence as usual because of the Labor Day weekend, the newspaper reported. Cellphones and some jewelry were the only items taken, Maggiolinio said.

"Obviously, the robbers had some form of inside information," Maggiolino told the Daily News. "That's why we believe they were targeted."
