Tiffany Silva told KOB it's the second time someone has stolen something from her yard.
"We had our gates shut, latched with a chain," she told KOB. "So she had to literally reach around and unlatch it to open the gate to get in."
Albuquerque police are investigating. The driver does work for Albuquerque Public Schools, KOB reported.
Silva, who grew up in Albuquerque, moved to the neighborhood about seven years ago.
"Me and my husband are considering moving out of state because of all this crime," Silva told KOB. "It's hard when your family is here."
