A personal surveillance camera has, yet again, captured a real-life Grinch, this time a delivery driver who does not seem pleased with the job at hand.

Surveillance video from a Michigan home on Dec. 17 shows the driver, entrusted with delivering a package for an Amazon customer, instead get out, place the package behind the van's back tire and then drive over the package repeatedly, WXYZ reported.

According to WLS-TV neighbor George Porretta was outraged by the footage and delivered what merchandise survived the attack – a smart remote for a garage door – to the customer after the driver had left.

Amazon issued the following statement Thursday in response to the incident: "This behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the high standards we have for delivery service partners. This individual is no longer delivering packages for Amazon, and we have reached out to the customer to make this right.”

Porretta told WXYZ that Amazon replaced the order.
