As part of an agreement, Smith pleaded guilty earlier this month to misdemeanor reckless endangerment.
Jordan Holgerson was hurt when she refused to join her friends in jumping from a bridge at Moulton Falls near Vancouver, Washington. Smith admitted to pushing Holgerson from the bridge. The incident was captured on video, which went viral last year, the AP reported.

Holgerson suffered from broken ribs, which punctured her lungs, the AP reported.
Holgerson said in court Wednesday that she is still dealing with pain, anxiety and panic attacks.
Holgerson's mother spoke to the court, according to the AP, saying "We feel lucky today that she is alive."
But the mother wanted to see Smith get some time in jail. “It has cost me and my family lost wages not to mention stress and heartache,” Genelle Holgerson told Judge Darvin Zimmerman.
