Yashica Phillips found the black and white image of a man in a sailor outfit with his arm around a woman and the names Joe Darnell and Jean Campbell and the year 1943 on the back, WZTV reported.

"Can y'all help me return it to the rightful owners please?" Phillips wrote to WZTV. "I'm pretty sure that the persons or their family would wholeheartedly be grateful."
