5-year-old gets standing ovation at RNC for 'America the Beautiful' performance

A 5-year-old girl brought down the house with her rendition of "America the Beautiful" during the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Ohio.

Heavenly Joy Jerkins had two giant white bows in her pigtails and a vibrant red skirt when she opened up the final session of the GOP convention.

She received a standing ovation for her interpretations of "Let There Be Peace On Earth" and "America the Beautiful."

Joy, the daughter of famous producer Rodney Jerkins, was also a contestant on "America's Got Talent" last year, where she received praise from the judges.
