New Vandalia Judge Sworn In

There is a new judge in the city of Vandalia. On Saturday, Judge Cindy Heck was sworn in at the Vandalia Municipal Court.

Heck won the seat in the November election. She will serve Clayton, Englewood, Vandalia and Harrison Township.
