Cincinnati was ranked the No. 12 most sinful city in the nation, right behind Richmond, Va. at No. 11 and immediately before Charleston, W.Va. at No. 13, according to the list from personal finance website WalletHub. Las Vegas took the No. 1 spot while Orlando came in at No. 2 and Miami ranked No. 3.
Ohio’s second most sinful city is Cleveland, which was ranked No. 18 nationally. Toledo came in third in the state and ranked No. 22 nationally, according to WalletHub.

Columbus came in further down at No. 36 nationally while Akron was ranked No. 38, making it the least sinful of the five Ohio cities that made the list.
To calculate the list of sinful cities, WalletHub considered a number of factors including but not limited to the number of casinos per capita, drug overdose deaths, debt and adult entertainment venues per capita.
