Ohio Teens May Have To Wait To Drive

Ohio teenagers may have to wait to get behind the wheel.

A state lawmaker wants to return the legal age for obtaining a temporary driving permit to 16.

Since 1998, Ohio teenagers have been able to start learning to drive at 15 ½.

Rep. Tom Raga of Mason has introduced a bill proposing a six-month delay. Raga said he has seen too many accidents in his district involving teenage drivers.
