Old Navy is now offering in-store pickup for online shoppers as part of its initiative to remodel its stores and expansion of new locations.

The store’s new pickup method gives customers seven days to retrieve online orders from their local store’s kiosk, skipping the checkout line.

By the end of 2018, there will be 60 new stores and complete remodels of 300 existing stores.

“What customers can expect from newly renovated stores is a bright airy space with clean, modern and simple finishes – a blank canvas for the brand’s latest collections,” the company said in a statement.

Ball machines, balloons and hopscotch will be added to some stores, following a recent trend of mixing entertainment and experiences with shopping as consumer trends shift.

Old Navy has two locations in the Dayton area, seven in Cincinnati and seven in the Columbus region.
