Old Navy at The Greene to offer plus-size apparel

Old Navy is taking its online plus apparel lines to 75 physical locations, including the store at The Greene Town Center in Beavercreek.

The plus collection is featured on Old Navy’s website, but hasn’t yet debuted in any physical stores. As part of the company’s recent “Size YES” campaign, 75 stores across the nation will add the section.

The Greene is the only Dayton-area location to receive a Plus Shop, but others in Ohio include at Bridgewater Falls in Hamilton, Stone Creek Boulevard in Cincinnati and the store in Mansfield.

Customers can now order plus apparel from any store with free shipping.

“Here at Old Navy, we believe in the democracy of style. Fashion is personal, and your clothing should make you feel confident,” said Sonia Syngal, Old Navy president and CEO. “That’s why we launched Size “YES!” this year — because everyone deserves great style in their size whenever, wherever, however they want it.”

The Plus specialty collection is offered in sizes 16-30 and 1x-4x, and the clothing items feature:

  • Wider straps
  • Adjusted necklines
  • Longer hems for extra coverage
  • Tailoring and defined waistlines
  • Stretch fabrics
  • Shape-contouring waistbands
  • Made-to-measure proportions
  • Leg-lengthening seams
