Drizzle expected today, chance of snow Wednesday

Temperatures will reach a high of around 42 degrees, and it will be breezy with some wind gusts as high as 24 mph, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington.

Tonight, the drizzle chances will fall a few hours after dark, though there will still be a small chance of precipitation. Skies will stay mostly cloudy as temperatures fall to an overnight low around 29 degrees.

On Wednesday, temperatures won’t rise very far, with a high of around 33 degrees. In the afternoon, we will see a chance of snow, which will drop away around midnight. Little to no accumulation is expected.

Wednesday night, skies will decrease, gradually clearing after midnight. Temperatures will fall down to around 19 degrees.

By dawn on Thursday, skies will be sunny, with temperatures only rising to around 29 degrees. The skies will still be clear overnight, as temperatures fall to around 17 degrees.
