Peerless Mill Inn To Close April 30

A landmark restaurant in Miamisburg is preparing to close in the Spring.

The owner of The Peerless Mill Inn told News Center 7 that the restaurant will close on April 30.

He said competition from commercial developments like The Greene make it very tough to stay in business.

Since the beginning of the year, almost a dozen restaurants have closed in the Miami Valley.

The owner of the Peerless Mill Inn rebuilt the business after a fire destroyed the business in 2003.
