Lottery officials confirmed that Peggy Dodson, 72, of Lancaster County, bought a winning $1 million lottery scratch-off ticket at Peterson's Grocery Outlet, LancasterOnline reported.

It’s not the first time Dodson has won. She won $100,000 on another scratch-off ticket in 2017 she bought at the same store, the website reported.

Dodson told WGAL she saw something special about the $20 scratch-off that brought her a million.

"So I bought this ticket, and I'm gonna tell you why. Because it's a real pretty shade of purple," Dodson told the television station. "And I like that color."

It turned out to be the color of money.

"When I scratched off the bar code and scanned it, I saw a whole bunch more zeroes," Dodson told WGAL, adding she plans to use the money to pay bills and take trips to the Grand Canyon and Alaska.
