Popular Cincinnati restaurant owner Jeff Ruby is selling his home in Columbia Tusculum for $1.28 million. The "transitional contemporary" house at 3021 Ononta Ave. was designed by architect Hans Nuetzel. The 3,155-square-foot house has three bedrooms and three baths, plus an office and exercise room. The home, which has a spectacular view of the Ohio River, is listed by Bob Dorger of Comey & Shepherd Realtors. Ruby is the owner of several popular steak houses in Cincinnati.
