In this March, 16, 2000 photo: Linda Gabbard, president of Project Smiles hands a stuffed animal to Dr. Creep who packs toys to be moved because the warehouse operations space will no longer be available for the Charity. At this time they have nowhere to relocate. Also holding toys for packing is volunteer Peggy Howard. Dr. Creep is the founder of the organization.
