A restaurant chain is seeking to make changes to its future Miami Twp. location.

Roosters wants to renovate the space at 9400 Springboro Pike, which it bought last year after Caddy’s Tap House shut down months before.

Rooster Real Estate has filed a request with Miami Twp. to make changes that include a new entrance, township records show. Roosters bought the site for $1.7 million after Caddy’s closed in May 2017. The request is set to be heard by the Miami Twp. Zoning Commission Tuesday night.

Roosters plans to move from its 103 N. Springboro Pike site just north of the mall to the site just south of the Interstate 675 overpass, across from LexisNexis.

This spring the chain applied for a D5 permit from the Ohio Department of Liquor Control, records show.
