Ruby Tuesday announced plans Aug. 11 to shut down 95 underperforming restaurants — more than 13 percent of its total — by September as part of the chain’s turnaround efforts, but did not at that time identify which restaurants would be targeted for closure.

Ruby Tuesday operates 724 restaurants nationwide, including four restaurants in the broader Dayton region: on Far Hills Avenue in Washington Twp., on Miller Lane in Butler Twp., in Troy, and near Mason.

Only one Ruby Tuesday in Ohio made a list of apparent targeted closures, and it was in Toledo, at 2915 Glendale Ave.
