Griffin died 15 days before the end of his seventh deployment, his fourth in Iraq. He was 28 years old and leaves behind a wife and a 5-year-old son.
The visitation for Griffin will be held on Friday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Anderson Funeral Home on North Main Street in Springboro.
The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday at Clearcreek Christian Assembly of God Church in Springboro.
