INITIAL REPORT, Wednesday
A 90-year-old Butler County woman who suffers from dementia left her home Tuesday afternoon and has not returned.
A statewide Endangered Missing Adult Alert was issued Wednesday night for Dora Cocola, who stands 5 feet, weighs 128 pounds and has gray hair and brown eyes.
She left her Fairfield home around 3 p.m. in an unknown vehicle.
Anyone with information or who spots her is urged to call 911 or the Ohio Attorney General Missing Persons Unit at 1-866-693-9171.
