Here are the details:
T-Mobile Customers Can Get Philo for $10 per Month
Beginning April 6, 2021, all T-Mobile postpaid and Sprint customers are eligible for a new streaming TV deal with Philo.
It is a 50% off discount, which cuts the bill for Philo in half from $20 per month to $10.
Philo offers many popular live streaming channels, on-demand streaming content and an unlimited cloud DVR. More on that later.
News of this agreement comes on the heels of T-Mobile announcing that it is shuttering its TVision streaming service at the end of April.
Your status with the soon-to-be-defunct streaming service will determine how long you get to keep this Philo discount.
Here’s how it works:
- TVision VIBE customers will be eligible for the $10 per month rate on Philo for as long as they continue to be T-Mobile customers in good standing. These customers also qualify for one free month of service with Philo as a "parting gift" for being a TVision subscriber.
- All other T-Mobile postpaid and Sprint customers can get 12 months of the $10 per month discount. (Your account has to be in good standing.)
You'll need to sign in to your MyTMobile account to claim this deal. The promotion code can be redeemed between April 6 and June 30.
It’s worth noting that all new Philo customers get a seven-day free trial for the service, so you can take a week to test things out before deciding whether you want to move forward with the discount deal.
What TV Channels Are on Philo?
Philo has a straightforward subscription model that offers 64 TV channels for one monthly price.
It includes popular networks from ViacomCBS such as Nickelodeon and Comedy Central as well as channels from Discovery including HGTV and Food Network.
What you may notice to be missing are channels that offer live sports such as the ESPN family of networks.
Philo offers add-on packages for Epix ($6 per month) and Starz ($9 per month), but otherwise, there’s just one subscription level.

Final Thoughts
If you haven’t already tried Philo, this deal is probably worth investigating.
You get a seven-day free trial to see what Philo is all about, and then you can plug in the promotional code for a year's worth of live streaming TV for just $10 per month.
TVision VIBE customers looking for a new streaming home should probably give this a go as well. You’re arguably upgrading the quality of your service without increasing your monthly bill.
If you’re an existing Philo customer, grabbing this promotional code as a T-Mobile customer is a quick way to slash your monthly bill.
That’s an easy win!
Oh, and this isn't the only deal being offered to T-Mobile customers as a result of the sunsetting of TVision.
You can also get a $10 monthly discount on YouTube TV which will take your bill for that service down to just $54.99 a month.
You may want to check that one out as well!
