In previous cases, the teen was found delinquent on more than half of those charges. They range from probation violations and drug possession to theft, receiving stolen property, criminal damaging, endangering, aggravated menacing and assault, court records show.
The majority of the charges are classified as misdemeanors, court records show.
In the case of Graham’s death, however, Montgomery County Juvenile Court Administrator James Cole said his “anticipation will be that a motion to transfer (to adult court) will be filed based upon his age and as well as the charge.”
The case is before Judge Anthony Capizzi, who met with attorneys in his chambers on Tuesday afternoon. The case has been continued until Oct. 29, according to Capizzi’s staff.

The delinquent findings against the accused teen run from Oct. 28, 2015 to May 25 of this year, court records show. More than half of the charges were filed in 2016, resulting in about 40 delinquency findings, according to court records.
Records show there were 17 charges last year with 10 delinquency findings.
In Thursday night’s homicide, Graham was shot in the head with a handgun just after 11 p.m. in the parking lot of the Prestige Place hotel across from the Dayton Mall, according to Miami Twp. police.
The defendant had a plea of denial entered and was appointed an attorney Saturday, county juvenile court records show.

Tips from the public led to the teen’s arrest Friday afternoon at an apartment complex in New Lebanon, Miami Twp. police Capt. John Magill said.
Magill said police believe Graham went to meet someone in the parking lot when the shooting occurred. That “would tell us that that’s not random,” he has said.
Graham was identified by a 9-1-1 caller as dishwasher for the hotel.
