-Expect more truck traffic near the interstates. More semis will be traveling I-675, and I-75 between the Ohio 725 and Austin Boulevard interchanges. A required traffic impact study called for an expanded intersection at Byers and Belvo roads at the site's main entrance. While initial estimates projected an average of more than one semi per hour, FedEx Ground officials said it is difficult to estimate.

-It is a spacious facility. The building is 249,506 square feet – including 7,500 for office space - and has a maximum occupancy of 568. There are 835 parking spaces, about 350 for semis and other business-related vehicles.
