Third Man Identified In Meth Lab Explosion

News Center 7 has now learned the name of a third man who was killed in a meth lab explosion and fire at a Franklin home.

State dental records were used to identify 41-year-old John Carey of Middletown.

Carey, along with 38-year-old Arnold Broughton and 28-year-old William Miller, died when Broughton’s home on Deardoff Road exploded and burned to the ground on June 2.

The coroner’s office has not released an official cause of death. It is waiting on autopsy results to be completed.
