Those wanting to be surrounded by chocolate will have a chance Saturday at the 16th Annual Chocolate Festival.

The free event – themed Under The Chocolate Top – will be held this year in the new Montgomery County Fairgrounds Event Center at 645 Infirmary Road.

But the annual fundraiser for Faith and Friends will again feature a wide variety of chocolate and non-chocolate products, plus unique craft items offered by dozens of local and regional vendors.

Every year, people enter the chocolate recipe contest with chocolate ice cream pies, cheesecakes, cookies, fudges, truffles and others. Entrants are judged on taste, appearance, creativity and presentation.

A free kids zone will feature games, prizes, and a bounce house for younger guests. Free entertainment will be featured throughout the day on the festival stage with plenty of seating.

The festival runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday with free parking. For more information, go to the event Facebook page at www.facebook.com/events/934521800040824/ or call 937-233-2484.
