TORNADO SERIES: Walking the path of the storm
The new clothing is donated by The Heart of cabi Foundation. Local cabi stylists will also donate additional gently worn clothes for the event.
The event is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Clothes That Work, 1133 S. Edwin C Moses Blvd., Suite 392, Entrance A in Dayton.
“In difficult times, it’s important we show up for our neighbors,” said event organizer and local cabi stylist Kim Peters.
Clothing is for women who have lost their homes and possessions in the Memorial Day tornadoes and will be given to those in attendance while supplies last.
A valid ID along with proof of loss, such as documentation from an insurance company or FEMA approval letter, are required for admittance. If an ID has been updated with a new address, a utility bill with your name and previous address is required for verification.
For questions about the event, contact Peters at kpeters2@woh.rr.com.
