Victims transported to hospital after single-vehicle crash in Hamilton

The male driver of the pick-up truck was transported to a local hospital, said county dispatchers.

No information was available on his condition.

Initial report:

Emergency crews are rushing to a single vehicle crash with injuries, including entrapment, on New London Road, according to county sheriff dispatchers. A truck reportedly struck a pole.

The crash occurred at approximately 3:34 p.m. today at 777 New London Road in west Hamilton, said dispatchers.

According to scanner reports, the crash involved a black pick-up truck going off the road at a stretch of New London Road between Ross Hanover Road and Timber Hill Drive.

Medic crews are now on the scene, though there is no word on the driver’s condition.
