Her indictment on charges of murder, felonious assault and tampering with evidence was among those in a list released on Monday by the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.
The tampering charge alleges Delehanty moved the body, cleaned up the scene and removed and concealed the murder weapon, Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell said in a text response.
Delehanty is scheduled for arraignment on Tuesday on the murder, felonious assault and tampering with evidence charges.
The new case has been assigned to Judge Tim Tepe and assistant county prosecutors Kevin Hardman and Steven Knippen. No lawyer was listed for Delehanty, pending her arraignment.
Before the new charges, Delehanty was to return to Judge Donald Oda II’s court later this month in Warren County, according to Robert Karl said Delehanty, her lawyer in a 2019 case.
Delehanty was placed on probation in April after spitting on deputies during her arrest in a drunk-driving incident.
In the July hearing, Oda was expected to review Delehanty’s progress with a drinking problem.
In the 2019 case, Delehanty was facing a felony charge of harassment of a law enforcement official, as well as a drunk-driving charge and three child endangering charges, according to court records.
While driving with three children in the car on Nov. 30, 2019, she crashed her car and went behind a nearby store with one child, leaving the other two in the car, according to Karl and a media report.
