A proposal to buy less than an acre combined at 5649 and 5449 Marina Drive was approved by West Carrollton City Council Tuesday night.

The Marina Drive land includes the former site of Profile Digital Printing LLC, at 5449 Marina, and Joe’s Garage, at 5649 Marina.

The funds are dispersed through the Ohio Department of Natural Resources for riverfront enhancement projects, according to the city. The purchase agreement calls for a $330,000 purchase price for the .52 acre property.

The proposed agreement for this property calls for a $182,000 purchase price, according to the city.
