An automobile dealership is seeking changes to plans for a second business under construction on Ohio 741 near the Dayton Mall.

White Allen wants to add two access points on the southern portion of the 3.2-acre site next to its European Auto Group across from Cox Arboretum, according to Miami Twp.

The major modification to the final development plan of the Volkswagen dealership also calls for reducing the number of parking spaces, and changing the site and landscaping to the estimated $3 million project, township records show.

The proposed changes set to go before the Miami Twp. Zoning Commission Tuesday night seek to alter a plan the commission and trustees approved last year.

The 20,200 square foot dealership is targeted for completion this spring, according to the company.

Upon completion, it would add to an automobile sales corridor near the mall that includes four Matt Castrucci lots on Mall Park Drive, Walker Toyota on Ohio 741 just south of the mall and Interstate Ford on Ohio 725 west of Interstate 75.
