My Widmer theory

I watched the May 6 Dateline program about the Ryan Widmer murder trials. It was titled, "The Bathtub Mystery." I don't believe there is a bathtub mystery. I believe he killed his wife by continually dunking her head in the toilet. That is why only her hair was wet. There was no wet body, no wet towels, no wet tub, no wet floor. Has no one else thought of this?

Regarding the possible layoffs in the fire and police departments: I think they should start with that city manager. Why do we need a city manager, when we have to start cutting our services? How many lawyers do we have on staff? I've seen two at council meetings. ...
