The new school will offer a master’s degree in public administration, an international and comparative politics graduate program, an international studies program and and nonprofit administration and geographic information science certificate programs, according to the university.
The new school also plans to offer public forums, research panels and career workshops for students.
Wright State’s College of Liberal Arts will celebrate the forming of the new school with a public recession from 4 to 6 p.m. on Feb. 21 in the student union’s Apollo room.
The event will feature Tony Hall, a former U.S. ambassador to United Nations agencies for food and agriculture, according to WSU. Hall is also a former congressman from the Dayton area.
