Mothersole, Jack William
Jack William Mothersole passed away Monday, December 30, 2024, at the age of 69. Preceded in death by his parents, Clarainda and John Mothersole.
Jack was born August 23, 1955. He graduated from Bellbrook High School in 1974 and attended Ohio University. He worked with several community members as a manager at Brookview Swim Club and the old Sugarcreek Ski Hills. He worked in real estate but found his niche at John Henry Painting where he worked many years until he retired.
Jack had some undeniable talents he was a good tennis player, skier and golfer. He was a very accomplished drummer and played in several local and regional rock bands in the 70's. He loved music and had a keen ear and an eclectic taste. He was a good cook with an emphasis on spicy dishes, but his passion was fishing and hunting and he excelled at both.
Jack had a great memory, a big heart, many friends and a great love for his support group and the staff at McIntosh's Pub & Grub.
He is survived by his 7 siblings; Andy, Tracy (Russ) Dawson, Jerry (Sheila), Kelly (Ed) Gill, Susan (Jason) Gale, Holly (Michelle), and Heather (Mike) Langer; 14 Nieces and Nephews: JD Dawson, Kate (Justin) Sloan, Pete Dawson, Jake (Jackie) Mothersole, Ashlynn (Michael) Witt, Jonathan, Julia & Sophia Mothersole, Lauren (Tim) Reuter, Olivia Gill, Jeffrey and Eva Gale, Campbell and Sadie Langer, and our almost-brother Mark Shank.
The family will receive friends from 1-4 PM on Saturday, January 11, with a Celebration of Life at Seasoned With Love, 71 Bellbrook Plaza, Bellbrook.
