of Middletown, OH passed peacefully on June 11th. Visitation will take place Tues June 18th from 11-12pm followed by service at United Missionary Baptist Church 719 18th Ave Middletown. Interment is Woodside Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Preston Charles Funeral Home.
