ROBINSON, Vernon E.
Age 85, of Hamilton, passed away at his residence on Thursday, November 11, 2021.
Vernon was born in Hamilton, Ohio, on July 18, 1936, to
Lincoln Robinson and
Margaret (Lear) Robinson.
Vernon worked at Southwestern Ohio Steel for many years. On July 5, 1969, in Hamilton, he married Viola D. Gaines.
Vernon attended the New
Harvest Baptist Church.
Vernon is survived by his loving wife, Viola Robinson; his children, Brenda (Donnie) Marcum and Rev. Michael (Sherri)
Gentry; six grandchildren, Ryan (Karla) Marcum, Donald
(Amber) Marcum, Christopher (Kelly) Marcum, Bethany (Eric) Naderman, Allana (Matt) Stephens, and Allison (Reggie) Woods; and 19 great-grandchildren. Vernon was preceded in death by his parents, Lincoln and Margaret Robinson; and his two brothers, Earl and Arthur Robinson.
Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Wednesday,
November 17, 2021, at 1:00 PM with Rev. Mike Gentry of New Harvest Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home. www.browndawsonflick.com.
