WHITE, Edna

Edna White, 95, of Springfield, passed away December 28, 2020, in Good Shepherd Village. She was born February 17, 1925, in Springfield, the daughter of Daniel Mathew and Minnie (Frock) Finch. Mrs. White was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church. She enjoyed dancing, playing bingo, fishing and spending time with her family. She had been employed at Good Shepherd Village, the Ohio Masonic Home, Beach Manufacturing and Tech II. Survivors include two daughters; Nancy (Jerry) Storts and Patricia (Ronnie) Walker, seven grandchildren; Ronnie, Cindy, Barbara, Kimberly, Shelly, Billy and Tammy, eighteen great-grandchildren, two brothers; Thomas (Sharon) Finch and Nathan Finch and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 52 years; Michael Leroy White, May 17, 1993. Their favorite saying was "always together until forever". Also preceding her in death were a daughter; Barbara Jean Wiles, a son; Michael Eddie White, brothers, Daniel, Jack and Richard Finch, sisters; Lucille Gaier, Elizabeth Finch, Violet Wilson and Patty Ann Johnston and her parents. We were blessed to have her in our lives. Edna's family whishes to give special thanks to the wonderful staff at Good Shepherd Village and also to Dr. Win. God bless all of you! Visitation will be held from 5:00PM until 7:00PM Monday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30AM Tuesday in St. Bernard Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Ferncliff Cemetery. Condolences may be shared at
