The latest, a map of public art though out downtown Dayton, is ready to download. Different symbols mark the locations of two dozen murals and close to 18 sculptures along downtown streets.
“The nice thing about the app is it doesn’t use your data (or wireless),” Val Beerbower, communications manager for the Downtown Dayton Partnership, said in an e-mail. “So, once they’re downloaded, you can use it anywhere and it just uses GPS to help you navigate to each spot.”
The two other maps, a downtown brewery and distillery crawl and a downtown café crawl that locates coffee houses, are also available to help you drink and eat your way across Dayton.
