Gem City Catfe hosts brunch with Son of a Biscuit food truck in Dayton

UPDATE: Catfe Brunch event is CANCELLED due to weather. “The Catfe is still open as usual and our kitties would love some cuddles.”

Are you motivated by cats and coffee? Well, here's a reason to get out of bed early this Saturday.

The Gem City Catfé is putting its newly acquired liquor license to good use by hosting a special brunch from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m., complete with Meowmosas!

Son of a Biscuit will be parked out back offering a menu of breakfast sandwiches, omelettes, french toast, pancakes and of course, biscuits.

You can bring your drinks and small snacks into the cat lounge but the Gem City Catfé asks, in its event listing, for larger food items to be finished before entering, "so [the] cats don't eat your entire breakfast!"
