It’s just fact that El Meson knows how to throw an event, and they pull out all the stops for mom. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the annual Mother’s Day Brunch will include a buffet of:

🌼Dayton Art Institute Brunch

THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT**

A brunch that will really catch your mother off guard if you keep it a surprise, the Dayton Art Institute is once again hosting its annual Mother’s Day Brunch in the Shaw Gothic Cloister. This event fills up fast, so advanced registration is required.

Enjoy a brunch buffet provided by Bernstein's Fine Catering, featuring fresh fruits, spring salads, flavorful meat and seafood choices, and mouth-watering desserts. Ice tea, orange juice and coffee are included, plus a cash bar for soft drinks, wine, beer and specialty drinks will also be available.

There will be two seatings, at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Brunch guests will be seated at shared tables of eight. NEW this year: reserve private tables of 2 or 4 people for an additional $10/person.

🌼Lily's Bistro Brunch & Fried Chicken Dinner

Lily’s is a classic brunch go-to, especially on Mother’s Day. The Dayton Club has prepared a one-of-a-kind brunch experience for members and member-guests. Guests will be welcomed with an introductory mimosa before enjoying a dining experience prepared by the Club’s culinary team. The brunch begins at $45 for adults and $12 for children 12 and under.

🌼Mother’s Day Brunch at Dewberry 1850

Brunch will be served on Mother’s Day from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Dewberry 1850 in the Marriott at the University of Dayton. This brunch is walk-in only. Reservations can be made for large groups. The menu includes a roast beef carving station, breakfast potatoes, oatmeal, applewood smoked bacon, sage sausage, pastries and muffins, mini Belgian waffles and toppings and made-to-order omelets.

Mom will be queen of the dairy farm during The Golden Jersey Inn’s Mother’s Day buffet celebration. “They’ll even clean up the dishes.”

Breakfast ($14.95 & ages 4 to 10- $5.95.) is served from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., brunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and dinner from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Brunch and dinner is $21.95 including beverage and dessert. This event is sold out, however, a good one to get on your radar for next Mother’s Day. This ele Cake Company tea party has got it all. “There will be a light lunch of finger sandwiches, fresh fruit and veggies and a variety of mini desserts,” according to the ele Cake event page. “We will also have a selection of hot teas and lemonade. Each guest will receive 6 cut out sugar cookies to decorate and take home. Cost is $60 for the pair and $20 for each additional guest.”

The brunch at Hidden Valley Orchards will be a unique experience for everyone. The family-style dining experience is a celebration of all mothers, where all mothers will receive a small takeaway from HVO. Moms all aboard! You and mom can join the Lebanon Mason Monroe Railroad for a special Brunch Experience.

“You will travel on a historic train between Lebanon, OH and Hageman Junction. During your ride you can listen to our informative passenger conductors describe railroad history and operations,” according to the event page. “All Mother’s riding in General Admission coach will receive a special gift. Passengers enjoying the Brunch Experience will be seated in our Deluxe Car #3200. After the train ride, you will be escorted to the Warren County Conference Center to attend a buffet style brunch.”
