“Both of our products together have been a perfect pair since the beginning, and we are excited to work side by side,” owner Beth Sparks said in a news release. “Using craft beer adds a whole new flavor profile into waffles, creating an intriguing depth.”
The Drunken Waffle uses local craft beer in place of milk in their waffles to give a lighter and airier texture than traditional waffles.
"If you've had The Drunken Waffle before, you know what they can do,” Sparks said in the release. "As always, everything is made from scratch, but now, working inside Toxic Brew Co. gives us the access to an incredible array of local craft beers. We are excited to experiment with new flavor combination possibilities!"
The Drunken Waffle, Twisted Taco food truck will continue full operations throughout this partnership and also will be available for private events.
