The Cincinnati Reds teammates Castellanos and Winker, both first-time All-Stars, will follow San Diego Padres shortstop Fernando Tatis Jr., Los Angeles Dodgers designated hitter Max Muncy, St. Louis Cardinals third baseman Nolan Arenado and Atlanta Braves first baseman Freddie Freeman in the lineup.
The three hitters following Winker are: Philadelphia Phillies catcher J.T. Realmuto; Pittsburgh Pirates center fielder Bryan Reynolds; and Pirates second baseman Adam Frazier.
Max Scherzer, of the Washington Nationals, will start the game on the mound for the National League, while Shohei Ohtani, of the Los Angeles Angels, starts for the American League. Ohtani will also lead off for the AL. Here’s the AL’s lineup:
