Noel announced his decision on Twitter.

“First off, I want to thank God for giving me the ability to play the game I love,” he wrote. “I want to thank my family and friends for their support over the years. Next I want to thank my coaches from Lucasville-Valley, Chillicothe and my AAU teams for all that they have done for me. I also want to thank the other coaches from the universities that recruited me. Lastly, a special thanks to ApPrep and to the others that have trained me individually over the years. With that being said, I am committing to Wright State University. Go Raiders!”
