A Cincinnati Bengals great wants back on the football field.

Chad Johnson, the three-time All-Pro receiver who last played in the NFL in 2011, announced Tuesday he will be trying out for the XFL — as a kicker.

Suiting up for the Bengals from 2001-10, he was part of the first resurgence of the franchise under Marvin Lewis.

The speedy receiver led the AFC in receiving yards four times and won the NFL receiving crown in 2006.

Johnson is a well-known soccer fan who famously dabbled in kicking even when he was still a star receiver for the Bengals.

He actually served as the team’s kicker in a preseason game after regular kicker Shayne Graham was injured and made a PAT kick.

Johnson also offered to kick for the team in 2016 when Mike Nugent was mired in a slump.

He remains the team’s all-time leading receiver with 751 catches for 10,783 yards and 66 touchdowns.
