Veteran Bengals defensive back Darqueze Dennard is back.

Dennard, who has been out all season due to a knee injury, was cleared by the team Wednesday to return to practice.

Dennard is still on the Reserve/Physically Unable to Perform list but can practice for up to 21 days without counting against the 53-player roster limit. The Bengals can activate him to the roster at any time during the three-week period.

A sixth-year player, Dennard was a first-round pick by the Bengals in 2014. He has played in 68 career games (19 starts) with 214 tackles and three interceptions.
