All 30 Major League Baseball teams have committed similar funds to their game-day workers.
According to a press release, “The Reds will provide more details of the relief fund as they become available.”
Major League Baseball announced Monday the season would not start until May at the earliest. That announcement followed a recommendation by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention that all events of 50 or more people be cancelled for the next eight weeks to combat the spread of the Coronavirus.
